The newly released 588Ah energy storage battery integrates CORNEX's cutting-edge technological achievements in material systems, structural processes, and intelligent manufacturing, accumulated over years. A single battery breaks the limits of the winding process to reach 588Ah, with a mass energy density of 190Wh/kg, a volumetric energy density of 419Wh/L, and an energy efficiency of up to 96.5%, reaching industry-leading levels.
On top of refreshing technical parameters, the 588Ah battery also offers significant advantages of "high reliability, high safety, and long lifespan".
- High Reliability: The 588Ah battery adopts the mature material system and manufacturing process of the already mass-produced 472Ah battery, with core reliability validated through preliminary testing. This effectively controls risks for the new product, ensuring customers receive a "predictable and dependable" stable quality and quick mass production delivery.
- High Safety: High safety is the cornerstone for the large-scale application of the 588Ah battery. CORNEX has built a comprehensive safety system from "prevention" to "in-process control" and "post-protection". Through innovative structural material designs, the risks of internal short circuits and lithium precipitation are effectively reduced; a unique directional pressure relief channel design achieves millisecond-level directional pressure release for high-temperature airflow.

Thanks to its simple module-free design, the CTP2.0 energy storage PACK solution reduces the types and quantities of materials by 20%. The energy density of individual PACK units reaches 170Wh/kg, and volumetric energy density reaches 285Wh/L, leading the industry. By adopting a 1000℃ heat-resistant isolation layer design, it effectively prevents thermal spread, extending high safety from the battery level to the system level, creating a strong barrier for power station operations. The industry's first "dual protection" process boosts production efficiency by 35%, enhancing large-scale delivery capacity.
The "Versatile King Kong" system platform is named for its highly modular, flexible configuration, and fast deployment features. The standard 10-foot container has a capacity of 3.13MWh, and the standard 20-foot container has a capacity of 6.26MWh. It can be flexibly combined and expanded according to specific project requirements (such as power, capacity, and site conditions) like building blocks, perfectly adapting to diverse application scenarios from the power generation side, grid side, to large-scale industrial and commercial settings. This design greatly enhances the product's adaptability to different customer needs and complex application environments, reducing project delivery times and providing clients with a tailored integrated solution.
By applying the "Versatile King Kong" system platform, the land area required for a 100MW station is expected to decrease by 20%, the number of prefabricated cabins will decrease by 27%, and operating costs will be reduced by more than 20%.
By 2035, global energy storage installations are expected to increase to 2TWh/year.
