REPT BATTERO Unveils Powtrix™ 3.0 at Intersolar Europe 2025: A Game-Changer in Safe, High-Efficiency Energy Storage

Intersolar Europe, the world's most popular solar PV exhibition in Munich Germany, kicked off with a bang. REPT BATTERO brought its new Powtrix™ 3.0 series 6.26MWh energy storage system to the exhibition, setting a new benchmark in the energy storage industry.

Safety from Cell to Structure

Good batteries make for long-term safety

Embedded with 300+ series upgraded battery cells with mature technology, the product ensures consistently superior performance over long periods of operation with its higher product maturity and reliability.

Building "solid armour" with high standard

The structure remains stable throughout the entire lifecycle, suitable for both sea and land transportation. It meets the requirements for deployment and application in high-intensity seismic areas with high standards of IEEE693. It can easily handle applications in complex environmental conditions across various terrains and all climates, such as in hot regions, extremely cold areas, islands, and mines.

Multi-layer Thermal Control System

Module-level active/passive protection are applied. Firewalls are built between each module in co-ordination with the cabin-level fire protection system. It ensures that there is no chain reaction or thermal runaway and heat spread after thermal runaway triggered.

In the launch, REPT BATTERO also announced the container level fire test program simultaneously.

REPT BATTERO will carry out a full range of tests on the anti-flammable and explosion-proof performance of the battery storage system and whether the fire spreads to adjacent units after the whole compartment catches fire, in the presence of the authoritative testing organization CSA Group.
