Product Description
This BMS (Battery Management System) is mainly designed for 4–15 series ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery types, primarily applied in new national standard batteries. By collecting key parameters of the battery pack in real time—such as voltage, current, and temperature—and integrating the mandatory requirements of the new national standard for thermal runaway early warning, mechanical protection, and charging/discharging safety, it establishes a multi-layered safety protection logic.
The system not only monitors and collects battery status parameters in real time (including the voltage of individual cells, pack terminal voltage, battery temperature, SOC & SOH, etc.) but also performs the necessary analysis and calculations on these data to obtain more comprehensive system evaluation parameters. Based on specific protection and control strategies, it effectively manages the battery to ensure safe operation. At the same time, it features balancing functionality to maximize cell consistency during use, slowing down battery degradation and reducing the loss of driving range.
In addition, the BMS also fulfills the compliance requirements of the new national standard by recording and tracing operational data. Through storing battery operating conditions, fault information, and safety event logs, it provides standardized data support for type certification, production consistency checks, and after-sales quality traceability—becoming the crucial technological bridge between the battery itself and the requirements of the new national standard.

- · SOC measurement: combines coulomb counting with an open-circuit voltage (OCV) algorithm.
