Lithium Titanate Cells

Lithium Titanate (LTO) batteries use lithium titanate as the negative electrode material, which allows them to form 2.4V or 1.9V lithium-ion secondary batteries when paired with positive electrodes like lithium manganate, ternary materials, or lithium iron phosphate. Additionally, LTO can serve as the positive electrode to create 1.5V lithium secondary batteries with metal lithium or lithium alloy as the negative electrode. The lithium titanate battery has unbeatable advantages in rapid charging, long service life, higher safety, and a wider operating temperature range compared to other lithium-ion batteries.

Ultra-long Cycle Life: Capable of up to 30,000 cycles, LTO batteries are extremely durable, making them perfect for long-term use in grid energy storage and electric transportation fleets.
Rapid Charging: Known for lightning-fast charging, these batteries can fully recharge in minutes — ideal for industries where every second counts.
High Stability: The stable lithium titanium oxide anode greatly reduces the risk of thermal runaway, delivering superior safety even under heavy stress.
Wide Temperature Range: LTO batteries perform reliably in extreme temperatures, from icy cold to scorching heat, perfect for harsh environments.
Low Discharge Rate: With minimal self-discharge, LTO batteries hold their charge well during idle periods — a great fit for emergency power and long-term backup systems.
