CALB Unveils 400 Wh/kg Hybrid Solid-Liquid Battery and 450 Wh/kg All-Solid-State Battery at Beijing Auto Show

From April 24 to April 29, CALB’s top-tier batteries were matched with the global debuts of Harmony OS Intelligent Travel Shangjie Z7/Z7T, Zhijie R7, Toyota Bozhi 7, XPeng GX, ArcFox S3, and Yijing X9 at the auto show. Meanwhile, more than 30 brands and 40 vehicle models made their appearances at the Beijing Auto Show.

As a battery expert, CALB focuses on technology leadership and full-scenario implementation, focusing on displaying three core achievements: top-tier batteries, Zhiyuan commercial vehicle batteries, and hybrid solid-liquid & all-solid-state batteries. It fully presents the company’s forward-looking layout and industrialization strength in power batteries, low-altitude economy, humanoid robots and other new scenarios.

CALB’s top-tier battery technology continues to lead the industry, fully supporting high-end vehicle models. The 80~100kWh ternary lithium battery pack, adhering to the industry’s highest safety standards, is equipped with a variety of high-end models, setting a new benchmark for large-capacity batteries; the 10C ultra-fast charging battery achieves "5 minutes of charging, 400km of range", with zero capacity attenuation at -20℃ and a full-charge range of up to 1000km, bringing an unprecedented charging experience to end users.

CALB is accelerating the industrialization of hybrid solid-liquid and all-solid-state technologies, and laying out a diversified track:

• ● 360Wh/kg aerospace-grade high-energy battery: The world’s first large-scale mass production, matched with XPeng AeroHT X3-F flying car, which rolled off the production line at the Chengdu factory, with 25C ultra-high rate discharge, and dual certification of automotive regulations and aviation airworthiness;
• ● 400Wh/kg hybrid solid-liquid battery: Officially launched in mass production for the whole vehicle, with 2C ultra-fast charging, a 20%+ increase in range at -25℃, and passing 44 safety verifications, officially opening up the large-scale application space;
• ● 450Wh/kg all-solid-state battery: The R&D and finalization of all-solid-state batteries dedicated to robots and aircraft have been completed in advance; the 60Ah automotive-grade all-solid-state battery (400Wh+/kg) is being developed simultaneously, and the industry-leading all-solid-state dedicated production line has been built first, steadily advancing engineering and vehicle-mounted verification.
